Scott's primary focus is the representation of secured and unsecured creditors and debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings, as well as providing first chair representation of creditors and debtors in out of court workouts and business reorganization litigation.  He also has experience in  assignments for the benefit of creditors and receiverships.  Scott has represented clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, banking, manufacturing, automotive, restaurant, retail and real estate.  Scott is a member of the Turnaround Management Association.  He has been selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® (2016-2020) and in Ohio Super Lawyers 2018-19.
